What a consultation request is
Submitting the form on this site sends KC a request to discuss a tattoo. It is a starting point for a conversation. It is not an appointment, not a reservation of any date or time, and not an agreement to perform the work.
No guarantee of availability
Submitting a request does not guarantee that a slot, a date, or a price will be available. KC may decline any request, including for designs outside her style, work she judges unsuitable for the placement or skin, or any other reason at her discretion.
Quotes and pricing
Prices shown for flash designs are indicative and assume the design is tattooed broadly as drawn, at the size indicated. Custom work is quoted after consultation. Changes to size, placement, colour, or detail can change the price. The quote confirmed with you directly is the one that applies.
Deposits, rescheduling, and cancellation
Deposits, rescheduling, and cancellation are arranged directly with KC and are not handled through this website. No payment is taken on this site. The terms agreed with you at booking govern those matters.
Age requirement
You must be 18 years of age or older to submit a request and to be tattooed by KC. Valid government-issued photo identification is required at your appointment. Requests submitted by anyone under 18 will be declined regardless of parental permission.
Health and suitability
Tell KC before your appointment about any allergies, skin conditions, medications, pregnancy, or medical conditions that may affect tattooing or healing. Work may be declined or postponed on those grounds. You must not attend under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Aftercare instructions are provided at your appointment, and healing outcomes depend substantially on following them.
Reference images you upload
By uploading reference images you confirm you have the right to share them. Uploaded references are used only to prepare your tattoo and are not published. Do not upload another artist's work with the expectation it will be copied; KC works from references toward an original design.
Photography of finished work
KC photographs completed tattoos and may display those photographs on this website, in her portfolio, and on social media, without identifying you by name. Tell her before or at your appointment if you would prefer your tattoo not be photographed or displayed, and that will be respected.
Permanence
A tattoo is permanent. Colours settle and fade over time, and results vary with skin type, placement, sun exposure, and aftercare. Touch-ups, where offered, are arranged directly with KC.
